Please read this Disclaimer carefully before using www.mylifemorph.com (“Site”), enrolling in coaching services, or purchasing any programs, products, or materials.

By accessing or using the Site, Courses, Services, and/or Products, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Disclaimer in full.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Site or engage in Services.

If you do not agree, discontinue use of the Site, Courses, Services, and/or Products immediately.

1. Definitions

“Company”, “We”, “I”, “Our”, or “Us” means My Life Metamorphosis, LLC and www.mylifemorph.com.

“Content” means any and all written, visual, video, or audio information contained on the Site, including but not limited to emails sent from or on behalf of My Life Metamorphosis, LLC, and any written or downloadable material purchased, viewed, or otherwise offered on the Site, including blog posts, graphics, designs, documents, information, templates, and materials.

“Purchase”, “Purchased”, “Purchasing”, “Downloading” or “Download” means any Content or Courses, Services, and/or Products you paid for and/or copied to your computer, hard drive, cloud system, or other data storage system from this Site.

“Personal Information” means information that can be used alone or with other information to identify, contact, or locate an individual, including but not limited to name, address, email address, and telephone number.

“Site, Courses, Services, and/or Products” means www.mylifemorph.com and its associated pages, Content, email list, social media posts, blog posts, courses, coaching services, group programs, templates, contracts, forms, guides, eBooks, worksheets, workbooks, website materials, and/or templates available through the Site.

“Site” means www.mylifemorph.com and any and all of its pages, tabs, or sub-pages, including all Content.

“You” or “Your” means the user, customer, or viewer of the Site.

2. Purpose of the Site, Courses, Services, and/or Products

The purpose of the Site, Courses, Services, and/or Products is to provide educational and informational content related to personal development, identity restructuring, self-trust, empowerment, and general well-being.

All Content and Site, Courses, Services, and/or Products are provided for informational and educational purposes only.

3. Not Therapy, Medical Care, or Mental Health Treatment

The Site, Courses, Services, and/or Products do not constitute: therapy, counseling, psychiatric care, medical treatment, trauma processing, or crisis intervention.

I am not acting as a licensed therapist, psychologist, psychiatrist, medical provider, mental health professional, or registered dietitian.

Although I am a nutrition-dietetics student, I am not a licensed or registered dietitian and I am not your medical provider.

Nothing provided through the Site, Courses, Services, and/or Products is intended to diagnose, treat, prevent, or cure any physical, mental, or emotional condition.

No patient-provider or therapeutic relationship is established.

4. Consult Your Licensed Provider

Always seek the advice of your physician or qualified health provider regarding any medical or mental health condition.

Do not disregard medical advice or delay seeking professional care because of information obtained from the Site or through coaching.

Do not start or stop medications without consulting your licensed provider.

If you suspect you have a medical or mental health condition, contact a qualified professional promptly. If you require immediate assistance, contact emergency services.

5. Client Readiness & Emotional Capacity

Coaching is appropriate for individuals who:

  • Are at least 18 years old

  • Are not in an active crisis

  • Are emotionally stable enough to engage in reflective identity work

  • Are willing to take responsibility for personal growth

  • Are at least a year beyond a divorce, separation, or partner death/loss

(This is identity restructuring work.  It requires presence, accountability, and emotional capacity.)

Coaching is not appropriate for individuals experiencing:

  • Acute trauma

  • Severe depression or instability

  • Active crisis

  • Psychological distress impairing daily functioning

If therapeutic intervention becomes more appropriate than coaching, Services may be paused or discontinued and referrals provided where possible.  You are welcome to return here when you are ready for identity-level work.

6. Personal Responsibility

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are fully responsible for your decisions, actions, and results.

  • Coaching is collaborative and outcomes depend on your engagement.

  • You voluntarily participate and assume full responsibility for your well-being.

  • You use all Content and Site, Courses, Services, and/or Products at your own risk.

7. No Guarantees

We make no guarantees regarding outcomes, results, or transformations.

Individual results vary and depend on numerous personal factors, including effort, commitment, background, and circumstances.

Testimonials and examples are illustrative only and do not guarantee similar results.

8. Confidentiality & Legal Exceptions

Your information will be kept confidential except where disclosure is required by law, including but not limited to:

  • Suspected abuse or neglect

  • Threat of harm to self or others

  • Court order or legal process

You acknowledge that electronic communications (email, text, phone, video platforms) carry inherent security risks.

Coaching services are considered to be legally provided in the State of Oregon.

9. Assumption of Risk

You understand that participation in coaching and use of the Site may involve emotional insight, personal reflection, and psychological discomfort.

You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.

10. Limitation of Liability & Release

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, equitable, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site, Courses, Services, and/or Products.

You agree to release, waive, indemnify, and hold harmless the Company and its representatives from any and all claims arising from your participation.

11. No Warranties

All Content and Site, Courses, Services, and/or Products are provided “as is.”

We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, reliability, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

12. Errors and Omissions

While efforts are made to ensure accuracy, information may contain inaccuracies or typographical errors and may not always reflect the most current developments.

We are not responsible for errors or omissions.

13. Affiliates & External Links

We may promote or affiliate with third parties and may receive compensation in certain cases.

Any reference or link to third-party products or services does not constitute endorsement.

You assume all risks when engaging with third-party services.

14. Refund Policy

Because coaching services are reserved, high-touch experiences:

  • Payments are non-refundable once the first session begins.

  • Payment plans are binding agreements.

  • Missed sessions without 24-hour notice are forfeited.

  • Rescheduling is allowed within a reasonable timeframe as determined by us.

  • After the first paid session, you may withdraw prior to the second session and receive a partial refund minus the value of the completed session.

15. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Site or Purchasing Services, you acknowledge that:

  • You have read this Disclaimer in full.

  • You understand the distinction between coaching and therapy.

  • You voluntarily agree to all terms stated herein.
